Vehicle Rental Customer Service Assistant

We currently have a seasonal vacancy for the role of Vehicle Rental Customer Service Assistant . We are an independent family managed business who rent Campervans, our customer base is worldwide although predominately the European and domestic market.

Main Duties

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Rental Assistant to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience from enquiry to adventure.

Role

What You’ll Be Doing:

Answering telephone and email enquiries, providing first-class customer support

Meeting clients, processing rental agreements, and handling payments

Scheduling customer arrivals and returns – keeping things running smoothly

Cleaning our Campervans in between rentals and checking that the Campervans and equipment are in good working order.

Handing over vehicles, giving customers a great start to their trip

Keeping records up to date and assisting with general admin tasks

About You

What We’re Looking For:

Aged 21+ with a clean driving licence

A friendly, enthusiastic personality with a passion for customer service

Someone who can think ahead, stay organised, and use their initiative

A team player who can multi-task in a busy, fast-paced environment

Experience in vehicle rental would be a bonus, but is not essential

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
